As we’ve explained in this blog, we are rebranding our business as Prommt.
We want to ensure that this causes as little disruption as possible for our customers and have prepared this FAQ. If any of your questions are not answered below, or you have any other concerns whatsoever, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Our new marketing website is already live at www.prommt.com and we are now actively marketing our business under the Prommt name.
From next week, unless you are using our iFrame solution, any new payment links that you send to your customers will use the prommt.com domain rather than pay2sender.com
Yes, your customers will still be able to click on any links you have already sent them and make payment as normal.
Your existing iFrame pages will continue working without you needing to make any changes for at least the next 12 months. We will shortly be updating the iFrame instructions and they will be available here.
We will be keeping the Pay2sender API endpoint (https://gw.pay2sender.com/api/v1) open for at least another 12 months so you do not need to make any changes immediately. However a new API endpoint will be made available shortly which you can switch to whenever you are ready. Over the next couple of weeks, we will reach out individually to API users to check if you need any assistance or if you envisage that this change causes any issues for you.
