Commissionable Rate

• A credit card is required for payment to guarantee the Member Prepay Non-refundable Non-changeable rate.
• Prepay rates will be charged the full cost of the reservation within 24 hours of making the reservation.
• If payment is unsuccessful within 48 hours of making the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• Date changes to the reservation are not allowed.
• Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
• The credit card used at the time of making the reservation must be valid for the entire stay.
• For security purposes, guests are required to present the same credit card used to make their reservation at the time of check-in. Alternatively, the hotel reserves the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.

Holding Your Reservation

To ensure that you receive this special rate, we will charge your credit card a prepayment of the total accommodation cost of your stay at the time of booking. If the date presented is a past date, the deposit will be due and processed upon confirmation.

Cancelling Your Reservation

Changes to your reservation are not permitted. Please note that you may cancel your reservation at no charge, but cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival. After this time, please note that your prepayment for this special rate is non-refundable.

Modifying Your Reservation

Any change in the length or dates of a reservation may result in a rate change.
