The Guest Payment Link service provided through Prommt enables guests to securely submit payment for their reservation using a payment link issued by the hotel. By completing payment through the Prommt platform, the guest agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Processing

• Payment requests issued via Prommt are processed by the hotel through a secure payment link.
• Submission of payment through the Prommt link authorises the hotel to charge the payment card for the amount specified in the payment request.
• Once payment has been successfully processed, a confirmation of payment will be issued.

Reservation Guarantee

• Reservations requiring advance payment will only be confirmed upon successful receipt of funds through the Prommt payment link.
• Where applicable, payment must be completed within the timeframe specified by the hotel.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which payment is not received within the stated deadline.

Prepaid Reservations

• For prepaid rates, the full value of the reservation will be charged at the time payment is submitted through the Prommt link.
• Prepaid reservations are non-transferable and subject to the cancellation and modification restrictions applicable to the booked rate.
• Unless otherwise stated in the reservation terms, cancellations or no-shows for prepaid reservations will result in forfeiture of the amount paid.

Changes and Modifications

• Any amendment to reservation dates, length of stay or room type may result in a rate adjustment based on prevailing rates at the time of modification.
• Certain promotional, advance purchase or prepaid rates may not permit modifications once payment has been processed.

Refunds

• Any refund request will be assessed in accordance with the cancellation policy attached to the reservation.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used and may take several business days to appear, depending on the card issuer.

Security

• All payments submitted through Prommt are encrypted and processed using industry-standard security protocols.
• The hotel does not receive or store full payment card details outside of the secure payment environment provided by Prommt and authorised payment processing partners.

Priority of Reservation Terms

• These payment terms supplement the reservation terms and conditions applicable to the rate booked.
• In the event of any conflict between these payment terms and the specific cancellation, deposit or rate conditions displayed during the booking process, the reservation-specific conditions shall prevail.
