Anyone who has ever had an inconvenient payment experience at a hotel can appreciate how a more personal approach to payments can vastly improve things. Many hotels are already providing concierge-like payment experiences for their guests using our payment communications platform Prommt.

Direct Phone bookings: If a potential guest rings a hotel it is an ideal opportunity to turn that call into a booking and save on 3rd party booking fees. Luxury goods: Prommt customers Thadeus London and Bvlgari London are showing how the luxury sector is embracing our payments technology to deliver perfectly tailored, personal experiences for their elite customers.
Automotive: Taking phone deposits or payments on vehicles, services or parts can be a point of friction in the automotive industry and leads to insecure card handling practices. Retail: The 1933 Furniture Company sends Prommt payment requests to customers in advance of furniture deliveries, which makes it simpler and quicker for the customer to pay versus older methods, and reduces any cash on delivery exposure for the business.
Hardware and Builders providers: Similar to the retail use case above, builders providers like MP Moran and Grange Builders Providers are eliminating the risk of COD exposure and reducing the time it takes to get paid by integrating Prommt payment requests into their billing process. Customers are responding well and paying in under three minutes on average.
Insurance: Contact centre staff at Carrot Insurance send secure payment links to customers whilst speaking to them on the phone or on LiveChat, giving them the flexibility to transact immediately.
