Messaging has now overtaken other types of social media as the activity that consumes most of our time online. The top 4 messaging apps now have a combined total of more than 4.8 billion monthly active users.

With customers spending so much time messaging, businesses are starting to follow suit. According to research carried out by Facebook, two thirds of messaging app users said they expect to use chat more for communicating with businesses over the next two years. What’s more, 53 percent of respondents say they’re more likely to shop with a business they can message directly.
With Prommt, you can now create a payment request and instantly copy the link into any online channel such as Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, or a live web chat.
To do this you simply select “share Link” from the ‘Create Payment Request’ menu. Then using the Payment Request wizard set up your request like you would an email or SMS. Once completed, the unique payment URL will be copied to your clipboard instantly and you can paste it into a messaging app, a direct social message or a live web chat. It’s really easy.
You can also navigate to ‘View Payment Requests’ and copy the link again whenever you might need it. This feature is now available on all Prommt accounts and there are no limits on the amount of payment links that you can create and share each month.
