Service Continuity During Covid-19

We’ve received a number of client queries about service continuity against the backdrop of the current Covid-19 pandemic. As such, we thought we’d take the opportunity to address the issue here on our blog and to share some information about our established business continuity and disaster recovery processes.

Prommt is, and will remain, fully operational.

We understand the important part that Prommt plays in our clients’ daily operations and we realise that our ability to deliver a consistent and dependable service is vital. As such, we’ve always been conscious of the need to have reliable contingencies in place.

Early on, we developed comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans. These plans ensure that our clients can continue to rely on Prommt regardless of the challenges the next weeks and months may present.. Here are just some of the ways we are prepared for a scenario like this:

    • Mobile Workforce – Our teams are already accustomed to working remotely and all aspects of our service can be managed from outside the office.
    • Online tools – All team members have online access to the tools they need to deliver all aspects of our service.
    • Data Integrity – We operate dual location, fully redundant & independent operations with daily backups.
    • Reliable Partners – We work with some of the biggest financial institutions, payment partners and web service providers in the world.
    • Support – Both our technical and support teams will be available via all of the usual channels regardless of any remote working measures that may be implemented.

As a digital platform, we are lucky. We have the ability to handle operations anywhere and we can react quickly. But we realise that this situation looks likely to significantly impact businesses in many sectors across the world. So, we understand client concerns in this regard. We are, however, confident that access to Prommt and the service we provide will not be impacted during this public health emergency.

We fully appreciate that businesses are now putting plans in place and working to establish the readiness of important partners and suppliers. Our customer success, support, and technical teams are standing by to help you with any needs. So, if you need any further information in relation to our preparedness, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
